How are orders shipped?
All orders are mindfully packaged in eco-friendly, sustainably manufactered mailers & cardboard boxes from EcoEnclose. In an effort to be conscious of waste, I try to use the least amount of packaging/plastic possible, while still ensuring items are protected. If possible, please recycle or reuse the packaging!
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All domestic orders, with the exception of orders with only individual vinyl stickers, are shipped through either USPS Ground Advantage or UPS, depending on which is cheaper.
For orders weighing under 4 oz (such as sticker sheets, enamel pins, keychains, patch, etc.), the average shipping cost is $4.50.
For orders weighing over 4 oz but less than 1 lb (small apparel items, such as hats for example), shipping costs vary between $5-7.
For orders weighing over 1 pound, the cost can be anywhere from $9-20 depending on the amount of large items purchased.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping for smaller items is provided to Canada for ~$12 USD. For larger orders, this may increase up to $20-$30 USD.
International shipping to the rest of the world (except the EU/UK) for smaller items is provided for ~$15 USD. This is a flat rate for up to 1 lb/~2 kg.
2 or more lbs: $22
3 or more lbs: $30
4 or more lbs: $40
As mentioned above, I am only able to ship to the EU/UK if orders are placed through my Etsy, due to VAT tax. Any orders from the EU/UK placed through my main shop will be issued a refund.
How long do I have to wait for my order?
Orders are typically shipped out within 7-10 business days after being placed. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been packaged and marked as ready to go to the post office!
Domestic orders will typically arrive in 3-5 business days after being shipped. However, please prepare for potential delays for up to 2-4 weeks due to slowdowns in service.
International orders may take as long as several months to arrive due to slowdowns in service. Please be sure to take this into consideration when placing an order - your patience is appreciated!
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Shop sales, with the exception of EU/UK orders that cannot be fulfilled, are final.
As much as I would like to be accommodating, it is incredibly difficult to accommodate returns or exchanges as a small business at this time. Thank you for your understanding!

Why is my keychain/charm scratched up?
All acrylic keychains and charms will ship out with a thin removable film that protects them from scratches. Sometimes, this film can make the charm look like it has been scuffed or scratched. If you want your keychain/charm to look its best, you can remove the film. Alternatively, if you plan on using your keychain heavily, you can keep the film on to better protect the acrylic.
There's an item that I really want but it's sold out! Will you ever restock it?
I do restock popular items on a regular basis (every few months or so). If you want to be notified when an item is back in stock, subscribe to my newsletter!
Some items that are exclusive, older, seasonal, or one-offs will not be restocked when they are sold out.
